Depending on what you want this is a good place to go. They have a decent appliance selection and decent delivery and set up for basic appliances. Their power tool selection tends to be a little more higher end than home depot, but their saw blade selection sucks.
In some places they area more expensive than home depot, but they are a lot more flexible and have better sales. I just bought a washer and dryer from them that was cheaper than home depot and used a 10% coupon. Home depot would either price match or take the coupon, but not both.
Very helpful store, with almost anything either in stock or able to be ordered online. The shining star of the store is the garden center/nursery staff- they do an amazing job. The plant selection is always top notch.
Only had four GE smart home z-wave compatible light switches. They happened to be in the wrong area, and associates was hard to find. However, once the individual at the self checkout line was able to page the person and they showed up in a few minutes and was very helpful.
I also tend to have decent success finding people they know what they are taking about here.
worst experience at any home improvement store ever. went in to get 1!!!! gallon of paint. waited at paint counter for 10 minutes with no one standing there or around the area. employees constantly passing me, not saying anything. went to ask for some help, they radioed and said they needed someone over in paint and told me someone would be right with me. no one ever showed up after 15 more minutes of waiting i finally had to catch an employee walking past and begged for him to help me. THEN i go to pay for the paint, i was the next person in line and the person working the cash register TURNED THE LIGHT OFF AND WALKED AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD, never at any point of me being in the line did she say she was closed or that i needed to go to another line. went to self checkout. i will never give my business to this place ever again.
Well organized and brightly lit store inside. Friendly staff. Parking lot is well lit
